LOSING WEIGHT FAST AND SAFE


Losing weight is one of the biggest dilemmas that we all have. It is estimated that one out of every three Americans are obese. According to Singlecare if the situation is not controlled by 2030 over twenty percent of the world will be obese. This affliction is not just a problem with adults, either. 18.5% of children in the United States are overweight to the point of being obese. You must understand that these facts are only for the people that are obese, which means that you have a body weight mass of over thirty. The ones under that are simply overweight, which is not accounted for here.


It truly is hard to comprehend the fact that the worlds population has gotten so out of control when it comes to the health of themselves. And just to be clear I am one of those people. I am currently at a BMI of 50. I let life get ahead of me and now I am paying for it with all the medical issues that go along with being obese. I am not here to talk about me, though. Throughout the word you can find online advertisements and diets that you can do. All of them guarantee that their way is better than the other person running ads right next to them. How do you know what works? If the site that you find yourself on promises to lose a lot of weight in a brief time you need to keep scrolling. Losing weight fast is always a bad idea. It is damaging on your mind and body.


There are many ways to lose weight properly. I am going to touch on them in this article, but you go read more in depth by visiting my writing site.


1. Fasting-Most of you have heard of this way to lose weight. It does work. Very well in fact if you do it correctly. Intermittent fasting is not starving yourself until you lose your weight goal. It is combined with eating healthy and exercising, even if it just walking. There are a couple of ways to do it, but the best way is to fast for one day, and then eat healthy meals the next day. Continue this cycle until you have lost the amount of weight that you want.

2. Keto Diet-The keto diet is one of the most popular ways to lose, and maintain, weight loss. It consists of eating around 75% fat, 10% to 30% proteins, and no more than 5% carbohydrates. You will need to focus on eating high fat foods (good fats such as unsaturated fats), and low in carbs. That means eat more eggs and meats and less noodles and rice.

3. Mediterranean Diet-This is a diet for people that prefer to eat less meat and more whole grains and vegetables. Fish and other forms of seafood replace red meats and pork. Chicken and dairy can be eaten in moderation, but the diet plan uses them very lightly. Olive oil is the only fat that should be added into the diet, and with that it should be exceedingly lesser amounts. Just enough to perfectly cook your food without making it oily. Do you remember that deep fat frier that you got for Christmas? Throw it out.

4. Smoothie Diet-The smoothie diet is another common way to lose weight. It is a matter of replacing all your meals with a smoothie instead. It is based on using fruits, vegetables, and yogurts to replace the nutrients that your body needs, while cutting out fats and carbs. You can add some skim milk in the smoothie to make it a little more drinkable, but do not go overboard otherwise you are going backwards.

5. Raw Food Diet-As you would expect from the name this diet consists of removing processed foods and pasteurized items. It relies on eating foods that are not cooked, by not cooked it means nothing that has been heated to more than 118 degrees Fahrenheit. Be careful if you choose to eat sushi. Make sure it is fresh and from a place that knows how to prepare it properly.

6. South Beach Diet-This is a popular diet that was created to help you understand how to eat a healthy, balanced diet. It is a program that takes you through everything, step by step. It is a low carb diet that is high in proteins and good fats.

7. Vegan Diet-The vegan diet is based off the vegetarian diet that restricts what you eat to nuts, fruits, and vegetables. No meat or dairy is allowed when on this diet. You can also not have any manufactured sugars or additives that contain any type of dairy products, such as cheese.

There are other types of diets on the market that could possibly work for you. You must remember that every body is different. What works for you may not work for your spouse. If one way does not help you cut pounds off, try another one. Avoid fancy pills and concoctions that are blasted at you from every platform on the internet. If those things do help you, more than likely it has reduced your water weight.
